To our valued customers:

With the riding season just around the corner, we know you are eager to get out on the road. We want to provide you with a transparent update on our bike-building progress and the steps we are taking to get you riding as soon as possible.

Growing Pains and Doing Better

First and foremost, we are incredibly grateful for the unprecedented demand we’ve seen recently. In our 10-year history, we have never seen an order book this large. We know this growth is a direct result of word-of-mouth from satisfied T-Lab riders, and for that, we thank you.

However, this surge has tested our limits. Because our small, specialized team has been entirely focused on the workshop floor, we recognize that we haven’t been as responsive as you deserve over the last few weeks. For that, we sincerely apologize. Our clients deserve better, and we are working hard to bridge that gap.

Moving Forward: Ramping Up

We are committed to getting your T-Lab bike into your hands without compromising the quality you expect. To accelerate delivery, we have made significant investments to ramp up our output:

• Extra Manpower: We are increasing our team size and workshop capacity to clear the current order queue.
• Rigorous Quality Control: We are increasing our pace while maintaining the strict standards that define a T-Lab frame.
• Proactive Procurement: We’ve initiated large-batch purchasing to secure necessary components, bypassing industry delays and controlling costs.
• Operations Coordination: We have added a dedicated resource to lead commercial operations and coordinate fulfillment. This role ensures clear communication and rigorous follow-through, from the moment an order is placed to the day it arrives at your door.

Delivery Timeline

Our goal is to have the majority of bikes currently in our system shipped out by the end of May. We realize this may be later than originally projected for some of you, and we truly appreciate your patience and consideration as we work to get every detail right.

What Happens Next?

Our team is operating at full throttle. We will contact you with final delivery details and tracking information the moment your bike is ready for its final build-up.
