T-Lab – Delivering Bikes

Let us begin by thanking our customers for their continued consideration and support. This has given us the extra drive needed to onboard new personnel and work through the summer holiday period to properly deliver as many new bikes as we can, as soon as possible.

The following updates our current delivery schedule (as of July 2):

Frameset Orders

• In-Queue Orders: Frameset orders currently in our production queue should be completed in the next 2–3 weeks (depending on the finish chosen).
• New Orders: New frameset orders are expected to be completed in 8-9 weeks.

Complete Bike Orders

feat. Shimano groupsets: 

• Most groupset variations are now in stock via our Shimano supplier.
• Delivery: Add 7–10 days from the moment a frameset is completed and the balance payment is paid.*

feat. SRAM groupsets:

• System-wide scarcity for certain SRAM components (e.g., cranksets) means ETAs on complete bikes featuring SRAM groupsets are being handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for an update on your specific order, or if you are open to switching to an equivalent Shimano groupset to expedite matters.

Note: The initial deposit we charge covers only the cost of materials and labor for the frameset. To order your components at the start of production, we would need to collect the full value of the bike upfront.
