We back every T-Lab frameset with a lifetime warranty (to the original owner) against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, damage or failure due to accident, misuse, negligence, improper assembly or the use of incompatible parts or accessories. The warranty also does not apply to any frameset that has been modified in any way by the user. T-Lab will repair or replace any defective frame and/or fork at no charge. For complete bike orders, components carry the original warranty offered by their respective manufacturers.
Once a T-Lab order is placed and approved by the client, it is considered to be final. Customers needing to cancel their order any time after that approval (and up until delivery) will be required to pay a restocking / administration fee of 18%. This policy does not apply to custom framesets (with regards to geometry or finish), which are considered a final sale.
When you purchase any T-Lab frameset or complete bicycle in a standard size, you have 30 days from the date you receive the product to return it for a refund, less a 18% restocking / administration fee and related shipping charges. Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund. You will receive a credit within 60 business days of our receipt of your returned product. This policy does not apply to orders featuring a custom frameset (with regards to geometry or finish), which are a final sale.
All returns require a return authorization (RA) number. Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RA number before returning product. Products will not be accepted for return if not accompanied by a valid RA number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging.
