Order Confirmation / Cancellation

Once a T-Lab order is placed and approved by the client, it is considered to be a final sale. Order specifications can be modified within 15 days of their approval. Customers needing to cancel their order any time after they are approved and up until frameset production is completed will be assessed a restocking / administration fee of 18% on their refund. This policy does not apply to custom framesets (with regards to geometry or finish), which are non-refundable. Once a customer’s frameset is completed, it is considered a final sale that cannot be cancelled. Any refund amount at that point would be based on the value of components for complete bike orders. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of their approval.
